of state-of-the-art coiling equipment creates springs,
wireforms and custom wire products of high precision and
superior consistency. Multi-tool open-face coilers allow
for precise and easy adjustment. Servo sensor control
systems maintain accurate tolerances. Precise angular
relationships, critical wire length and tight pitch control
can be maintained with exacting tolerances. We supply
springs with variable pitch, variable diameter and variable
rates. |

| After years
of working in conjunction with vision system experts,
they were unable to develop a vision system to meet our
needs. Left on our own, we developed a three-camera system
that provided our customer with a 100% defect free product.
Not stopping there, we are expanding this technology to
other areas. This is resulting in a reduction of scrap
and improved quality for our customers |
